1.At Warrior Consultancy and Learning, once you enroll and make a payment for any ACCA Coaching program, whether it is a Full Class, Revision Class, Guaranteed Pass Program, or any add-on service, the payment is considered final.
2.We do not offer refunds. This applies no matter the reason for opting out later.
3.Why? Because each batch is carefully planned. Seats are limited and coaching is personalised. Once a seat is taken, it is reserved for you and cannot easily be reassigned to another student.
Life happens. Medical issues, job transfers, or family emergencies can disrupt plans. We understand. That’s why we allow a one-time deferment, but it is not automatic.
Here’s how it works:
1.Submit a written request explaining your situation.
2.Provide supporting documents such as a doctor’s note or employer letter.
3.The final decision rests with the Founder based on your case.
4.If approved, you can move to the next available intake only.
5.Deferment is allowed just once.
Your course materials including notes and portal access will be available for:
1.Three months or five months depending on the course enrolled.
2.If you rejoin after this period, you must purchase updated materials.
3.Additional class fees may apply if required.
This policy helps us protect the integrity of our programs. Every class is built for students who are serious about learning. Clear rules like this allow us to stay focused, manage resources better, and give you the best possible support.
